The refresh... programme is designed to be flexible, can be taken at any time, and is built upon the following core elements:
Initial site visit - meeting with senior staff followed by lesson observations
Written report on initial findings and outline of targeted CPD
Delivery of targeted CPD sessions to staff (1 day or equivalent)
Email support throughout PDR cycle plus collation of self-review evidence
Final site visit - presentation and recommendations to senior staff
